Superfood Latte's
This is a great fun way to start your day. They look amazing, as well as being healthy and delicious. They will give you superfood benefits in the powders and protein and vitamins from the milk. I first started making these Superfood Latte's a few years ago, and then over time I have experimented with the powders and flavours. To boost the flavour try using Chai Tea instead of the hot water. My kids love the pink one and we have some fun toppings, they believe the beetroot is strawberry! The key to a great looking latte is the milk. I find it best to use warm oat or almond milk and a milk frother. Experiment with toppings from sprinkling superfood powders to spices. I like using cacao or chocolate powder, matcha powder, cinnamon or vanilla.
